Legacy BCA Application Deadlines
- Applications with cash received by your Marketing Organization through the close of business on September 13, 2016, and received in good order by Athene no later than 4 pm CT on September 14, 2016 will be issued as applied for.
- The Balanced Choice Annuity (BCA) will not be available (except in MA) after September 13, 2016.
- Non-cash applications (e.g. 1035 exchanges, IRA rollovers) received by your Marketing Organization through the close of business on September 13, 2016, and received in good order by Athene no later than 4 pm CT on September 14, 2016 will be issued as applied for if funds are received no later than 4 pm CT on October 28, 2016.
