Commission Reduction Notice

Effective July 23, ING will implement a 10% reduction in commission payouts for all contracts received on the following annuity products: Secure Index Secure Index Opportunities Plus, Secure Index Seven, Secure Index Five, Secure Index Outlook and Envoy Nine.
