At the start of 2016, CreativeOne made a refreshed commitment to those we serve to actively improve our customer experience. We strive to provide the top industry products, friendly, efficient service and the programs clients need to succeed, which is why we asked for feedback at the beginning and end of 2016, using a popular customer feedback tool used by large international corporations like Apple, Samsung, USAA and Nordstrom.

Using a Net Promoter Score-like survey, we asked one question:

On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend CreativeOne to a colleague or friend?

We saw a huge jump in our score from the beginning of 2016 to the end of the year, and are happy to know we are on the right track to providing our customers with what they need.
